What the Woman Who Awards Mean to Me
The Woman Who Awards celebrate female entrepreneurs, leaders, and innovators who are making an impact in their industries. As someone who’s building a marketing business from the ground up in Coventry, being nominated makes all the tough work I’ve put into building Bearhat Marketing worth it.
My journey hasn’t always been straightforward (who’s has?). Like many women in business, I face challenges, self-doubt, and the balancing act of running a company whilst being a wife and mother. But along with my 12+ years working in marketing agencies, it’s these experiences that have shaped my approach to marketing and client relationships.
My Marketing Philosophy
At Bearhat Marketing, I believe in transparent, data-driven marketing that genuinely helps businesses grow. I specialise in working with ambitious businesses who take marketing seriously, and who are ready to put the strategies and systems in place to build their pipeline and drive more sales. I confidently take full responsibility for the marketing machine too, so businesses don’t have that burden – and they trust me as part of their team.
