Hi! I'm Vic
I started Bearhat Marketing to help small and medium sized businesses in Coventry and Birmingham grow without the madness of marketing.
After 12+ years working in big Coventry and Birmingham marketing agencies – who chased big clients and big retainers – I realised that small and medium sizes business were being underserved. They didn’t have access to that same level of marketing without having a huge budgets. So, I created Bearhat Marketing – to bridge the gap from no marketing to full-blown big agency marketing.
About me
Originally from Preston, I moved to Coventry in 2010 and attended Coventry University. Whilst there I met my now-husband, who is from Kent, and we decided to make Coventry home.
From University, I’ve worked at some of the biggest West Midlands agencies such as McCann Erickson and ITG, with clients big and small across lots of industries from automotive to technology to salary sacrifice. So when it comes to marketing, I know a thing or two.
How I work
I like to get stuck in – nothing is more pleasing to me than getting my hands dirty and getting into the nitty gritty of your business and your goals.
I start with understanding your business and your business aspirations, then build a marketing strategy and a plan bespoke to you – focused on achieving your objectives. Because every business and every goal is different – no two approaches are the same.
