The Blueprint is designed to be useful whether you implement it yourself, use existing suppliers, or move into the Marketing Leadership Retainer. If ongoing support makes sense after the Blueprint, that’s a conversation for the end of the engagement – there’s no obligation either way.

Is this the right starting point or should I go straight to a retainer?
The Blueprint is the right starting point if you want clarity before committing to ongoing support. Many clients use it as a lower-risk way to experience working with Bearhat before moving into the Marketing Leadership Retainer. Others use the Blueprint on its own and implement it independently. Either is fine.
What is Blueprint Steering?
An optional add-on for clients who want accountability after the Blueprint is complete. Three one-hour calls over three months – checking in on progress, unblocking decisions, and making sure the strategy is being followed. £500 + VAT.
