I’m so pleased to have won another award!
When I became a Fractional Marketing Director and I set up Bearhat Marketing in 2024, I didn’t expect to be getting awards under my belt for a long time. Especially ones that are as prestigious as the SME Midlands Awards via SME News.
The category I’ve won for is SME Marketing Innovation of the Year 2026 – which I’m so proud of. The recognition of the work and what I achieve for my clients is amazing.
What was so innovative about my approach, I hear you ask. Well, it was based on me taking my 12+ years of experience in marketing agencies and bringing that to my clients. It leading with strategy rather than just ‘doing’ marketing. It’s using AI to enhance the workstreams and build modern marketing operations that work with the technology, rather than shying away from it. My approach is always to experiment with new tech and new approaches as they come out. This is my approach with my clients work – being brave and bold and not being nervous about trying something new – so I practice what I preach in my own day to day, too.
